SalesBoost Media provides eCommerce growth services to Shopify store owners, including store design, advertising, and ongoing management. These services are governed by the terms below.

2. Services

We offer:

  • Shopify store design & conversion optimization

  • Performance-based advertising services (7% of sales generated)

  • Ongoing store growth & management

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary account access and accurate business info

  • Maintain an active Shopify store

  • Fund all ad spend directly from their ad accounts

  • Communicate actively during project timelines

4. Payment Terms

  • Shopify store setup is charged only after completion and client approval.

  • Advertising and store growth services are charged at 7% of the sales we generate for the client.

  • No upfront advertising fees. No sales = no payment.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments made after project completion and approval are non-refundable. However, we do not request payment for store design until the client confirms satisfaction.

If a client is unsatisfied, we will work promptly to revise the design or address concerns before any payment is required.

6. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific sales results. While we apply proven strategies, results vary depending on the product, niche, market trends, and client responsiveness.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom visuals, store designs, and marketing assets created by SalesBoost Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to end partnerships if a client violates terms, fails to cooperate, or behaves unethically.

9. Data Protection & GDPR

We are committed to protecting your data. All personal or business information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for delivering your project.

You have the right to:

  • Access your stored data

  • Request edits or deletion

  • Withdraw consent to data use at any time
